RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) is a formal assessment pathway where your existing skills and knowledge are assessed against national competency standards, using evidence from your real work. It is not a "skip the queue" option; it is a structured assessment conducted by a qualified assessor. You demonstrate what you already know and do, rather than sitting through coursework you don't need.

Evidence requirements vary depending on the units being assessed. Typically this includes team and org charts, performance reviews, meeting minutes, project or operational plans, referee statements, position descriptions and employment records. The timeframe is largely dictated by how quickly you can supply and confirm your evidence. On average, most candidates working full time complete the process in 4 to 8 weeks. We'll work around your schedule.
